This home was built at 3962 Mediterranean Lane with DBU as the general contractor. Designed by K. Donaldson and B. McLaughlin (both DBU sub-contractors). Tuscan Villa, 12’ ceilings, 8’ solid knotty alder doors, copper sinks. See photos of one very impressive kitchen, master bedroom, family and living rooms. The interior feels huge with high ceilings and big rooms. 16’x9’ and 12’x9’ overhead doors with 10’ ceilings in main garage.
